Sam Washburn is an illustrator and designer who has been working professionally since 2009. An avid doodler since the age of five, Sam loves teaching and exploring new methods of art production. An MFA in Design, he splits time between illustrating, teaching at the University of Central Oklahoma as an Assistant Professor in design, and research while kicking around Oklahoma and the Midwest. Sam’s work has been recognized by Communication Arts, The Society of Illustrators (New York), American Illustration, 3×3, Creative Quarterly, the Society of Illustrators of Los Angeles, CMYK and the Oklahoma City American Advertising Awards.
